One star is too generousTheir office closed some time ago but I want to protect others should Dr Harden return to practice elsewhere. I have had nothing but problems with the work done in their offices. I am still paying for work done there. He insisted that I needed to replace a crown that was only three years old even though I had no issues with it. My previous dentist that had moved away positioned my crown so that it did not point into my tongue like that tooth did before crowning. He said it was too old and he replaced it but put it in sticking into my tongue. There are gaps. His assistant put a crown on another tooth. It fit on my tooth right away but was a little tight for floss. The “assistant” worked on that crown for 45 minutes making it smaller and smaller. The huge gaps left, immediately caught anything I ate. He agreed it needed to be redone but then they closed. My fillings they did, fell out just after they closed. I was billed co-pays for follow-up work.

Will lie to you about treatment that is not necessary. Did a horrible job on a bridge—still does not fit after he told me “give it a year or two for the gum tissue to adapt”. Do not go here.

Horrible office staff that doesn't know anything. The prior billing clerk (who was fired) lied to me by giving me incorrect info and then billed my insurance wrong multiple times . They now have someone new who admitted to her wrong doing and said they fixed those issues but still says we owe them. I find out they again filed claims to my insurance INCORRECTLY and were advised 3-4 times by the insurance company that they performed a service on my wife that was not needed per the information the

The back office staff is very pleasant. However the front office staff not so much. The enviroment is great and love the relaxation options. I would reccomend concierge customer service training for front office to be consistent with rest of office

Everyone who got a crown from Dr. Harden better check their account. He charges 101.00 for lab fees and does not put them thru the insurance company. I was told by the insurance company I do not paid for lab fees. Also, they overcharged me for two crowns total $1400.00 and insurance said I owe 800. Well I used wells fargo finance which now I am paying interest. I heard he is crown happy!!!!!

Absolutely appalled today. Sick yesterday. I called to reschedule. Was told I did not give a 48 hour notice. Hygeniest wears mask so I was asked to call in morning. Despite feeling sick I had appt today. Have private stuff going and I did not want X-rays today. Also was told I had to see dentist today even though it was not time. What through me overboard is when hygenist told me she would not make a f/u appt and I could not return to office. Dentist or Mgr did not see me to discuss

I always feel relaxed going to the dentist since I found Dr. Harden's practice. He is funny and kind. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love the environment, cleanliness and advanced technology he uses to be proactive about my oral health.

We use Fountain View Family Dentistry because they provide excellent dental care. Dr. Harden and his staff, and the office technology are all top notch. Its also nice to see that they give back to the community via sponsorships of local teams and schools. Awesome staff.
