Malpractice. After all exam and third appointments. He supposes to crowned my tooth # 18. On my third visit after 3 injections for numbness he gets another look and told me "oh this one is too complicated i don't have a skill to do this with my bad back i can't crown your tooth". Then walk out from the room. I was a very good patient no complaints or impolite to him before. I am working on my patient rights.
