. My dentures, a complete upper and lower partial were made within a year of each other and had I been there just one day earlier, I could have proved the following. All was good until there was a fire throughout the building with so much smoke permeating the air. The resulting colors do not match and he would not stand behind his and/or the technician's work. I did all I could to remove the staining from the fire's smoke but that won't help when you mix batches and/or lot numbers. When I said that to him, THAT is when he got angry at me and would not stand behind the work. HAD he, he would have been an excellent review. He put me off for months, instead of dealing with the issue. Well, KARMA: he now works for a state department facility in Danbury. You reap what you sow in the end...
