I hate going to the dentist and especially to one that does surgery but if you gotta do something unfortunate then at least pick this guy to have on your team!

He was fine and my kid's wisdom teeth removal went well. This office owes me a refund of over payment. Not sure why they won't send me a refund! i have called three times, each time they are more rude. It has been three months! Maybe this business can't afford it? i ignored several red flags, a mistake I will not make again.

No right to the title of dr. Went 2 hours over the allotted time for surgery, only to have to be re done the next day. Very contradicting of his findings. Told me it takes 8 weeks for bone to heal after it had been 8 weeks. When I returned 6 weeks later for my follow up, I was stopped from removing my jacket and told to just have a seat in the chair as the “dr” would be right in before I even spoke of the complications that remained implicating that it would be a quick visit. He then told me bones took 12wks to heal in an area that “ended up not needing a plate because the bones had already healed properly on their own”. It had been 14... Then proceeded to tell me it was not his fault anyway because it wasn’t a result of the Surgery but of a fight I was in.(It was a fight I was an innocent bystander of and broke up). He Immediately got combative when I requested an X-ray to back his claims due to his record of incompetency and told me he would not give me an x ray “for no good reason”

Would not recommend Dr. Clairborne to anyone. Horrible bedside manner after procedure and when asked for supporting information and questioned about continued problems. Quick to make medical judgments/did procedure with zero to limited research prior too doing the surgery-talked a good game but obviously a BS artist. Screwed a major surgery with a call back within hours of hospital release to come back and re-did surgery 24 hrs later / refusal to validate w/post xrays, etc 4 continued concerns

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT SUGGEST TAKING YOUR CHILDREN TO SEE HIM...UNLESS YOU CAN BRING PROOF THEY ARE YOUR CHILDREN. APPALLED AT MY FAMILY BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST-MY WIFE (WHO IS 71 AND WHITE) TOOK OUR 16 YEAR OLD (WHO IS BI-RACIAL) FOR A CONSULT AND WAS TURNED AWAY, SAYING WE HAD TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ADOPTION. ALL OF OUR NAMES ARE ON THE INSURANCE POLICY. WHY ARE YOU QUESTIONING PARENTHOOD? THOSE KIND OF MORALS DON'T NEED MINE OR MY INSURANCE MONEY. UNACCEPTABLE-I HATE HAVING TO LEAVE ONE STAR

Dr. Claiborne's excellence exudes at the bedside and is consistent through to the followup appointments. He's intelligent and charismatic. He was a guiding light during a tragic time. I'm indebted for his services. I would highly recommend him.
