I would leave a negative rating I could. This man is a monster. He did unnecessary fillings in half of m my mouth and scheduled me for the rest a week later. I took my X-rays from his office and showed them to another dentist who confirmed my suspicions: none of my teeth needed work. Scott Capper is horrible and no one should see him.
