Dr. Schadale Stevens, DDS

I am a previous employee and long term patient I go to her lilburn location. It's nice clean and professional. The Stone mountain location was the first office and some patients have been with her a long time Doc is just real. She is top notch in treatment. Some staff may need to be retrained. I know good dentists and I have seen bad. So I will always be a patient..staff may change..but Doc will always be her. Blessings

My children have been long time patients here and today was the worst visit ever. The office staff that works at the desk are very rude. There was a situation the occurred about a balance that was never communicated with me in which it was relayed to them today. I called the office to discuss the matter. Taking care of the balance was not the issue but the lack of communication along with waiting until the day of the appointment, to tell the patient they have a balance. Not only was I on hold for over 20 plus minutes. I called from another number and was placed on hold again for 15 plus minutes while still on hold from another phone. They would not allow me to speak to the office manager they claimed she was on lunch I stated I would hold I have nothing but time, I then asked to speak with Dr. Stevens and was told no one can speak to her. Eventually they hung up on me. This is very unprofessional and if this the how the staff treats the clients we will not return.

Excelent dentist have been using her for about 10 years I am a senior citizen and because of her and hygienist my teeth are in good condition I have no dentures

Service was bad and attitude was worse. Too many dentist around to deal with her. Never again.
