The environment is relaxed. Very little outside interference. Calming. Great place for children with ASD. Everyone we interacted with were very warm and welcoming. Estephanie is very efficient at what she does as well as having such a wonderful way about her. Dr. Pai is FANTASTIC as well !

These doctors and teeth straightening process is way over priced here . They are your best friend until you sign the paperwork and then your just a patient and all that was promised seems to fade away. I don't recommend them nor should you think for a second what they promise they'll deliver. Disappointed!

My family has been with Dr. Pai and Dr. Cohen for many years. I have referred my family and many friends to their office because I am confident that they will be as impressed as I am. Aside from being able to put our trust in their knowledge and professionalism, this office offers so much more. The staff is absolutely awesome from the instant you enter until the time you leave. You will always be greeted with a smile and personal attention. It feels like family. The office is immaculate as well.

Dr Pai Has been wonderful since day one when we visited his office for a consult. His office is accommodating and welcoming. I am very happy with the treatment my children are receiving and trust Dr. Pai 100 %. His staff is also wonderful and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to visit with my children. Putnam Orthodontics has been a blessing and I am very happy I made the choice to bring my children here.

Did not give full disclosure of cost. Appointment set to put braces on and was first Brought into a room to sign a contract for payment when my insurance referral said I owed nothing. I have a feeling this is common practice here. Tried using fear to get me to stay and pay their extra costs.
