I was dreading the root canal procedure. I was put at ease from the minute I stepped into Dr. Reddy’s office. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Reddy and her assistant were very reassuring. Dr. Reddy explained each step of the procedure so I would know what to expect. There was absolutely no pain. Dr. Reddy gave me written instructions, told me to call her if I developed certain symptoms, and gave me her card with her contact information, including her cell number. The appointment could not have gone better.

Dr. Reddy has a very calming and pleasant demeanor which is a plus when you’re about to have a root canal. I was happy to know that she would do all three roots at once and I wouldn’t have to come back to finish. She is gentle in her touch and receiving the novacaine was painless as well. The result was good and I would recommend her.

Dr. Reddy is a consummate professional and takes great care to explain each step of the procedure. She is as focused on her patients’ comfort as she is on their medical treatment and safety. She even had a supply of the premedication I’d forgotten to take, along with a bottle of water and a napkin! Her staff is friendly and professional, and they are as thorough and thoughtful as she is. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience.

Sent my step son in need of emergency tooth care while I was out of the country. He calls his father and I to get payment for the service. My husband spoke to him and when he got off the phone he told me Dr. Reddy was telling him he needed to pay $2000 immediately to have his tooth drilled only. No filling or crown, INSANE! My husband also said he was disconnected after hearing someone yell "hurry up" at our son. It was Dr. Reddys secretary. Just disgusted. My son left in pain & very upset.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience, even only being there for 10 minutes! The secretary was the NASTIEST and meanest secretary I have ever had the displeasure of meeting with. Walked out immediately after repeatedly being viscously met with the secretaries demeaning attitude, this above even the fact that her secretary then has the gal to demand $2000 in cash to drill a tooth with NO crown, NO filling or any kind of other work. I wouldn't pay $100 for that attitude or reccomed to my worst enemy.
