I had an appointment for cleaning and the extraction of one tooth. After I arrived at the office and was placed in the dental chair, I was told that the extraction might not happen as the dentist was not in the office. She would be AT LEAST 45 minutes late and I wouldn't know whether she would perform the extraction until she got to the office. There was no explanation on why she was late and they couldn't reschedule for at least 25 days! Terrible patient care!!
