We have been under the dental care of ‘Das Family Dentistry’ since we moved to Mason. Our experience with Dr. Ashok Das and his team was all positive.
Dr. Ashok Das was in the middle of rectifying a failed implant when he sold his practice (March 2019) to Dr. Sapna Garg who now operates as ‘Mason Smiles Family Dentistry’ at the same location. With the purchase, Dr. Sapna Garg inherited a patient who was under treatment for work that was already paid for. She has refused to complete the treatment without additional payment. She even suggested we try billing my new insurance provider for a treatment sequence that precedes them. Ethical?
We have options. Let us choose wisely.
