Dr. Santiago Rojo, DDS

Dr. Rojo and his staff are very nice and courteous, but I had some issues with his office. All my appointments with him, his coat was always dirty. I assume he never washes it and just stores it at his Moreno Valley location. He will try to sell you products or services. (In my case, it was a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and later he kind of forced me into getting teeth whitening for $50.) One of my appointments with him I had a crown put in. In the following months (I thought) that tooth hurt whenever I used it. I made a follow-up where he removed the crown to spray some cleaning solution on what was left of the tooth. He explained that the crowned tooth would always hurt like that. I ended up going to a different dentist where they explained that the tooth next to it was infected and I needed a root canal for it. After the root canal I had no pain in either teeth. Take this story as you will. I suppose as long as you are going in for exams and cleanings, then you are golden.
