The front desk staff is incredibly unhelpful. I've had issues with both billing and scheduling. I had a tooth removed, it got infected and dry socket; the front desk staff gave me attitude when I told them I needed to get in right away. I had to call three times to be seen. I've also had issues with Dr. Hamilton (Senior) himself. He did work without fully explaining to me what was happening, so I ended up agreeing to a GIANT silver filing on a tooth that was seen when I smile.

It was very hard for me to find a dentist with the skills that I needed to do the work on my teeth. He has done an awesome job. I go back for my dentures to be worked on. They know what to do! I went back to get a second set of dentures and they got me the white pair and I get a lot of compliments. The repair work is affordable and looks brand new! ??
