during my procedure, they broke a tooth while I was asleep and they didn't tell me. After charging me 6000 for the shotty work they did I came back to have my teeth cleaned a week later and they told me I didn't have any insurance left and i would have to pay nearly 300 dollars to have them cleaned. I said no and got up and left and they still charged me 85. In the past year, I have had two of the fillings fall out that they did. I will never go back to them.

I am very upset with this family dental group. I had an appointment this morning to have my teeth. Cleaned. I have good dental insurance and had my X rays sent. When I arrived this morning they claimed my dentist did not send the X rays.They wanted $300.00 cash. And claimed to not have received my X rays. I called my dental provider who said they should not charge me for the cleanings and I called my old dentist who did send the X-rays 2 times. I called Hayes and they admitted they have the X r

Dr Sandy Hayes is the sweetest kindest most caring dentist I have ever met! She made sure I understood what was going on step by step and had a lot of patience! One easiest way to describe her is there's 2 types of dentists, 1. Born for this career and to help others, then 2. In it for the money and that's it! And dr sandy was born for this career! She changed my life and I absolutely love her! I'd recommend everyone to her without hesitation!

I went to have some teeth re bonded. I was surprised by the cost and I have dental insurance. Credit card for services offered and was told my credit was good. I come to find out it is a high interest account as I am leaving. The work did not hold a year. The material flaked off and now I have to get a front bridge with false teeth. I lost a lens out of my glasses in their parking lot, called and found out someone threw it away instead of saving it! Not good! Had to get new glasses,
