Unpleasant visit
Appointment was rescheduled a week out. The day prior to the new appointment I was asked to come in at an earlier time. I advised that I would not be able to move the time due to work schedule. Upon arrival I was placed in a room, reviewed what was taking place, he proceeded to numb the area then went to review the records again. At that time he entered the room and advised he did not feel comfortable working on that tooth and recommended an oral surgeon. This was after he advised this is something he could take care of without any hesitation.
