Dr Holcroft is a good dentist but needs to screen his reception help better. Michelle is very unprofessional and narcissistic. It's been nice knowing you Dr., but who needs to pay for all that negativity? Not me.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have not followed up with me once regarding the non-payment of the bill by my insurance company and then all of a sudden, after 6 months they threaten me with a collection agency! Don't you think a phone call would be nice?!?
I called to get this straightened out and the nasty women at the front desk would not let me get one word in and hung up on me!!! Awful experience!
By the way, you will see the doctor for maybe 5 seconds during yo

I have a lot of dental anxiety, but Dr. Holcroft and his staff always make me feel very comfortable. The level of care they provide is excellent and everyone is very friendly.
