If you have gum or tooth problems, You may consider to see Dr. Chen who had taken care of me very well for about 20 years. Dr. Chen helped me getting rid of toothaches and gum problems. I used to afraid of seeing a dentist. He is very patient and kind to me. He described my issues and treatments in very detail that helped me understanding my situation and making decision.I used to have a bad image of dentist and afraid to see them. But, Dr. Chen changed my mind. When he healed my teeth and gum, his medical skill made me feel at ease.Dr. Chen also has very nice staffs. They are very friendly to everyone of us and helps us other matters.I highly recommend Dr. Chen who is a very reliable and trustworthy dentist

I have been Dr Chen’s patient for long time . As a general dentist, he used to provide only general dental treatments. As he improved himself step by step, nowadays he can do root canal and implant for his patients. He did one implant for me recently and I am very happy with the final result. The lady at front desk is always very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. His assistant is very polite and cooperates with Dr Chen quite smoothly.

Dr. Chen is our family dentist we can trust. He has been always paying great attention to detail of his treatments, explained different options with pros and cons by showing 3D scan. Myself had several fillings and now is having 2nd time of in-plant process, since my first time in-plant result and quality was way too good and satisfying! Our daughter even fly back from SF just to see Dr. Chen! Stephanie(front desk) also always so helpful and care for us, she helped us several times and responded timely for urgent antibiotics and schedules needs, and also her cost estime is always reliable and clear! Really feel very lucky and appreciated to have Dr. Chen taking care of us!

Dr Samuel has always been very caring with his patients as well as his staff. He always recommends the urgent issues to be fixed first if there is a time constraint. Stephanie is also very good at setting appt and keeping them in track. Been my dentist since I moved to OR about 15 yrs ago. Highly recommended dentistry and his staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Chen seems to have adequate knowledge and skill to manage my dental needs. He could have been more communicative by explaining what I need and what a care plan will look like. There is no after-visit summary that I can read. Enjoy his assistant. She and Dr. Chen work like a well oiled machine. Not a fan of his front desk. Patient privacy can be violated if you can understand their native languages.

Dr. Chen and his staff are all outstanding. He has treated our family for over 20 years, and he has always performed outstanding work, and his recommendations for work are always spot on. We highly recommend him!

I went to Dr. Chen due to the good review on the web and am so glad I made the right decision. Dr. Chen is very patient and kind with kids and answered in details of all the question we have. Yet the price is transparent and reasonalble so now Dr. Chen is our family dentist since we just moved back to U.S.

Many thanks to Dr. Sam Chen for helping my tooth! Another dentist had messed up my tooth doing unnecessary work. Dr. Chen saw me on short notice and fixed me up correctly. Its worth it to go to a good dentist like Dr. Chen.

Extremely appreciate Dr. Chen took care of my emergency quickly. I had a fall and knocked off most of a front tooth while traveling over sea. As soon as I landed in the US, I contacted Dr. Chen at the airport while waiting for a connecting flight. They took it very serious and scheduled to see me the next day. They did extra work to take care of a patient in an emergency that deeply moved me. I am glade have this Dentist.

Sunset Exceptional Dentistry is our family's choice, we have been going here for about 10 years; about several ago, my daughter knocked out her two front teeth Dr. Chen was able to got her in first thing in the early morning and he took very good care of her teeth, my kids never had any fear of the dentist because Dr. Chen has an angle touch, he treated them like adults and gave good tips each time they visited him. Beyond that, the staff are very sweet and professional, the office is very clean

My family just moved in town. I took my daughter to a neighborhood dentist, who diagnosed 8 fillings needed on all baby molars. I was so shocked. Then my husband's coworker recommended Dr. Chen for a second opinion. He took time to examine my daughter, and decided only two fillings were needed. The rest were still contained in enamel, too small to fill. He instructed us to use ACT rinse, and to followup every six months. We were so pleased to find Dr. Chen.

Great Dentist. Over the years, did bridge, crown, filling, developed a plan to cure my bad gum diseases which had been tried by other dentists without significant effect. Staffs are very friendly and always try to accommodate my schedule. They always have the treatment cost up front before my decision of taking specific treatment, which is so important and not readily available in this inflated medical world.

I have had dental issues all my life, so I have been treated by my dentists. Dr. Chen has the best workmanship among the dentists I have seen. Most importantly, he has the heart for patients. That is very unusual for a dentist.
