Dr. Samuel Borquaye, DDS

Dr.Borquaye had been my dentist for at least 4 years. I trusted him. After my last cleaning appointment with him. He pointed out a small bit of decay on a capped tooth. But explained that it could wait til my next cleaning. Well shortly ,approximately 3months later, I cracked a molar in the same area. The crack was large. It felt as if I could almost fit the entire tip of my tongue in it. I went back to Dr. B. I clearly ask to have the cracked molar fixed. He lied and told me that the tooth with the decay and the cracked tooth were one and the same. Imagine my surprise when the anesthesia wore off and the cracked tooth had not been addressed.!!!! Even though the cracked tooth and the decayed tooth were directly next to each other.When I asked to view the post procedure X-ray I was told that their machine was on the fritz. This made me feel that his actions was deliberate. And he was just out for the money and is not trustworthy.

Usually I do not write reviews but in this case Dr Borquaye’s office deserves one. There is no waiting time, doctor and staff are very sweet and caring when it came to my needs. Dr Borquaye and his assistants makes me feel comfortable and they are so professional.
