Dr. Salvatore De Ricco, DDS

I’m 27 years old now, and I was a patient of Dr. DeRicco since middle school. I saw him initially for a complicated bite and misaligned teeth. His treatment was effective, and his explanations were thorough. I see him yearly for checkups, and I am very happy with his consistency. He is warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and skilled, and an overall wonderful practitioner.

Dr. DeRicco is exceptional. He takes his time to explain the plan and answer all questions. I am an adult patient, and I’ve seen other orthodontists for consultations and treatment, but only Dr. DeRicco was able to address all of my concerns. He is friendly, careful, knowledgeable, and diligent. I would recommend him to any one who is looking for a beautiful smile and functional bite!

I highly recommend Dr. DeRicco. I speak as a parent of two teenage patients and as a patient myself. My children had very different challenges and the results were spectacular. In my case as an "older" adult, I had braces 40+ years ago (another orthodontist) and my bottom teeth had shifted out of position over time. One tooth was actually overlapping the others. Dr. DeRicco explained that this is a common problem. My treatment took a little over a year and he was able to correct the misalignment. Something that might be unique to Dr. DeRicco is after treatment is complete, he bonds in a permanent retainer behind your bottom teeth. It is not intrusive at all and prevents your teeth from ever shifting again, so his patients won't need retreatment like I did. We are all happy with our smiles! Dr. DeRicco is a perfectionist and explains the treatment in detail. Prices are reasonable, and they accept insurance. Office staff is efficient and wait times are minimal. Free parking too.

My daughter just got her braces off, and her result is spectacular! She had a palatal expander, bite plate and lip bumper to correct most of her orthodontic problems, and only needed the braces for fine-tuning, and she had them for a much shorter time than any of her friends, which thrilled her! My second daughter’s first phase of treatment was so perfect that she doesn’t even NEED braces! Dr.DeRicco must be part magician! His expertise is phenomenal! Is it possible to give a 6th star?

I had the best experience ever with Dr. Dericco and his assistant Kathy. He is the best of the best and he is the best at what he does. He is professional, super knowledgeable and he explains every step along the way. My teeth were very badly positioned. Dr. Dericco gave me to choices, surgery or braces. I choose the second one, with a risk but he worked hard and my teeth are now beautifully placed. He is a perfectionist and I couldn't thank him enough. I highly recommend Dr. Dericco!!

I practiced with Dr. Salvatore DeRicco as his orthodontic assistant and then Associate Orthodontist for 6 years. He is one of the most knowledgeable orthodontists that I have had the pleasure of learning from and he has greatly influenced how I practice orthodontics in my own practice. His thorough treatment planning & meticulous treatment practices result in smiles that last. He practices orthodontics in its purest form, consistently putting his patients’ needs above those of his practice.

This orthodontist is a perfectionist. He took a lot of time with me and really made certain I understood what my options were to move forward. Recommend.

I was a patient years ago and went for a follow up upon leaving I inquired if there were any fees for the visit and was told no. However, weeks later I was notified of a $75 bill and yelled at by the receptionist. She claimed it was due to me being a repeat patient which I specified upon making the appointment to begin with. If you want wrongful charges and to get yelled at for a service by all means proceed.
