I really appreciate Dr. Powell's work. It is really important to have an honest dentist who doesn't recommend unnecessary work. She's very honest about assessments and evaluation of alternatives. She also does great work.

I would love to leave a positive review because the hygienists here are wonderful, however we had a minor billing issue and was not able to resolve it even after speaking to the desk clerk. I am giving this a poor rating because I really feel as though someone should have apologized for not catching the mistake right away to let us know and also because they offered no compromise on making payments or lowering our payment that insurance was not going to cover.
