Scammed us out of almost $400
We were not told it cost money to simply show up. We were there for a matter of minutes and said we did not want any work to be done that would cost any money. They said we need to start with doing X-Rays, we said no thank you and we left. They billed us almost $400. Simply in the office for a few minutes. They did not advise us that there was a cost to show up! We received a bill in the mail weeks later and disputed. It took UF Health 4 months to dispute, had to put in multiple disputes because they said they 'lost' the first disputed and they ended up doing nothing. This is not right. They and the doctor only have THEIR best interests in mind.
