I fired this practice because, after I had an extensive cleaning which was not fully covered by my insurance, they refused to do an ordinary cleaning for my next appointment. The receptionist was rude and gave me false insurance information, telling me that once the extensive cleaning had been done, the insurance company would do longer pay for regular cleanings. I called the insurance company and found that the receptionist had lied, that ordinary cleanings would be covered.
