No good front desk people they don’t have the right information, after almost at year with the orthodontist treatment for my daughter they told I have at balance in my account because the insurance is not covered the amount they told when I started, I really disappointed

I really am happy with the orthodontist and the staff.. But the wait time is way to long and the appointment scheduling can never fit me in at the time/date needed for my adjustments. When I am suppose to come back in a month for adjustments they never have appointment available until 2 or 3 months later. I sure hope that does not make problems and make me need extra time for my braces. After this phase of my braces that were Already paid for, I definitely will be looking for a new facility.

He rocks. My daughter got retainers and lost them the first day at school and he replaced them for free and that says alot so today I have 2 kids getting braces and I was nervous because I’m single but after consultation with him i moved forward
