Don’t go here! There are other TMJ dentists available! The people here were nice enough but it’s overpriced and they are dishonest. They want you to keep coming back over and over for services that are not needed. They also practice balance billing which is where they bill you for more than what is normally charged for the same service at other providers. Because they are out of network they get away with it. They want you to either pay the entire estimated bill up front, or sign up for autopay where they take some money out every month. I chose the month by month. After the initial consultation they told me 3 times that I would get a refund for anything not used. They billed the insurance and according to all of their bills, I should have had a refund. Then when I asked for the refund, they told me that I wasn’t due one and they went back and increased all of their charges to spread the overpayment out so that they didn’t have to give it to me. Save yourself the time and money.

I am horribly saddened to have to leave a poor review for someone in my community, but I can not allow others to not know the gross neglect of care that my child received from Dr. Hart. After getting a perfect check-up at my daughter's 6 month cleaning she was insistent that she had cavities. With a 2nd opinion, her thoughts were confirmed. Dr. Hart missed 18 cavities and even allowed sealants to be placed over top of a cavity. I am heartbroken that I trusted him with my child!!

I love Dr. Hart because all of my life I have been tortured by my dentist. It wasn't their fault but I didn't go often enough because of the experiences I had. I would cry and be very stressed no matter who I went to. When I first went to Dr. Hart I told him why I was crying etc and he has been very tender and consciously thinks about my fears and has truly lessened them by 90%. He has the latest techniques and I have had to have more than just routine cleanings done. I wont go to anyone else!
