Dr. Ryan Dahle, DMD

Dr. Dahle and his staff are excellent. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. He's professional, straightforward, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Cindel is a fantastic dental assistant, and his office staff is equally great. I wish I weren't moving away from the area - as odd as it might be to say about going to the dentist, I'm really going to miss the Dahle Dental team!

I've never had such an experience like this before. The new front office person told me they took my insurance. After a 1.5 drive in the heat, I was told they did not take my insurance. The doctor said it would be $2000.00 and some change. I saw the screen. I said I'd still pay out of pocket and he'd have his front office people see what Aetna pays. I've always had OON dentists and had to pay a small portion, so not 100% covered: I understand this part. Needless to say, they never called me, so I called back and the lady told me I would owe a lion's share of the $2500.00. Wait, how did $500.00 get added on? She said Aetna may pay only a couple hundred dollars; this is incorrect. I called Aetna (one of the best plans), and they do pay, it's just a lower amount. So Aetna told me to get a procedure code and a tooth number, so I called the front office back to get this information and they said Dr. Dahle said I should see a new provider? I am so confused.
