Dr. Ryan Boylan, DDS

Dr. Boylan is by far my favorite dentist. He and his entire staff cares about us patients and they make it affordable for me to get my teeth cleaned and fixed without having dental insurance. Dr. Boylan’s staff has performed multiple cleanings and Dr. Boylan personally installed a crown on my back molar. The pain that I had in my mouth prior to getting the crown is no longer there, and the pain that I was getting seemed like it was coming from a different tooth but it wasn’t. I always look forward to going to the dentist because I want to have nice teeth, and thanks to Dr. Boylan’s expertise and professional practice, I do. He offers his own type of dental care which includes two cleanings a year and 15% off all other procedures. I’m also getting a night guard from them because I clinch my teeth when I sleep. I would recommend Dr. Boylan and his staff to anyone in search of a new dentist. I’m very picky, so I don’t know how he could get under 4-5 stars!

Its clear they do not care about patients (aka customers). I asked staff several times to ask Dr. Boylan call me, no call. I wrote on my bill I sent back with check "I will not be back"; no response. This is just beyond words. I was having a crown worked on, and the number of other employee's stopping by to ask questions was unbelievable; where's this, where's that, one asked the assistant about a credit card charge she made and what it was for! Seriously!!!! All distracting to someone working in my mouth. This place even seemed to have messed my wife's root canal, and she was in pain, and was told to go elsewhere to find out what the problem was! I went for cleaning, first appt. of the day, and after siting there 20 minutes, getting into the chair that had mechanical problems, was move to another. Then she was upset i guess because I could not open my mouth wide enough; well, it was wide enough the previous day for crown procedure! Then she grilled on my medications; I was just upset my now. I felt she was stalling and did not want to do the work. I could not think clearly by this point, plus, medications have nothing to do with a cleaning to begin with, there were very behind schedule, I just got up and left since NOTHING had started yet, and it was 40 minutes past my appt. time. I should have been done by now. They lost 2 customers due to no response. Guess they don't care about improving customer experience and patient safety.

Dr Boylan is a fabulous dentist. He is extremely professional, his work is amazing, he is very personal and his staff is very kind. Dr Boylan is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. I recommend him to everyone.

Friendly staff, but twice billed the wrong insurance company. Not particularly pleased with the crown I got. Looking for another dentist.

Staff is horrible and they do not care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money!

I was just traveling through Virginia, but I needed fast help with a problematic tooth implant. Not every dentist is trained and familiar with these more complex issues. Dr. Boylan's staff immediately recognized my problem and set up an appointment. And Dr. Boyan was absolutely great! He is genuinely interested in helping his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He is a terrific individual. His dental expertise is well beyond the norm. Thank you Dr. Boylan!

My little one wasn't scared of the procedures and was introduced to all of the equipment in child friendly diction. I'd have to say I did not expect my 6 year old to be so comfortable, but he was extremely calm and truly trusted Dr. Boylan and the staff!
