Dr. Ryan Adams, DMD

I seen doctor Adams at Timothy Road Dental and he was amazing. I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to dentist and the office made me feel comfortable, he prescribed some meds for me before I went in to help with the anxiety and he took it nice and slow for me and explained everything he was doing! He did amazing helping me with my fear, I would 100% go back!

I don't recommend this place due to the lack of empathy you receive at the front desk. I posted this review on Google as well. attended my appointment and found out they canceled mine and my daughters because we did not confirm the appointment. I missed the call, and it was my first time at the office. I filled out all of the paperwork beforehand. The receptionist that was there today was not empathic at all. She never asked what happened but began layering on how I signed an agreement that stated their policy, and I made my appointment through the call center, and they don't tell people that appointments would be canceled. All of her remarks were sarcastic, even asking me if I wanted her to print out a copy of the policy, which was rude because she was not doing it to be helpful. O had genuine questions as a new patient about appointments and cancellations.
