Literally no wait times, friendly dental hygienist, and super clean. I come here for my cleanings and teeth whitening. I haven't needed any dental work from the doctor, but he's always courteous when he pops in to say hello and look at my x-rays. I don't have insurance and the prices are really reasonable too. Front desk staff is always pleasant and calls you back quickly.

I was fired via text message. Very unprofessional. I was Dr. Hejazis assistant for 6 months. I accidentally broke a bridge and was sick with doctors faxing dental office. I feel I went above and beyond. The office manager is very immature, unprofessional. Other staff are great.

I confirmed an appointment 2 days before said appointment (confirmed on Saturday, appointment was on Monday). That Monday morning, I had a medical emergency that required me to go to the ER, at which time I was admitted and spent 3 days in the hospital. I did not call to cancel my appointment since I was in the hospital and forgot about it, I had bigger and more concerning issues going on. Rather than calling me or waiting for me to call and reschedule, I got a letter terminating our doctor/patient relationship. Prior to that I had not missed an appointment and showed up promptly to the appointments I kept. While I understand the need to keep a schedule and the doctor's right to drop patients who are disruptive to their schedule, I also find it absolutely appalling that no exceptions are made to this rule. Emergency circumstances happen and now in addition to the illness I suffered, and losing 3 days pay, I also have the added stress of finding a new dentist.
