Dr. Roslyn Crisp, DDS

I walked in with my grand daughter for a 3:20 appointment and wasn’t recognized for at least 10 minutes! I counted 6 people at that desk! Which 2 were on the phone! Someone could have at least said “we will be right with you”, but instead they all looked at us and walked away! Very unprofessional! We drive a hour to this office and I know it won’t hurt their business but still worth leaving a review! 4 generations have been coming here! Changed a lot over the past 30 years not a good look!

One thing makes Dr. Crisp & Assoc. stand out from other dentists. It is that they make even the most skittish patient feel at ease (my child is a prime example). Otherwise, the offices do not share patient information or tracking apps. & scheduling. It is as if 3 separately functioning companies have the same name only. The worst aspect, for me, is having communication abilities with only one office, Vaughn Rd. It is difficult, at best, to get a return call from my closest office.(Yanceyville).
