Lack of focus
Doctor seemed more concerned about getting through the root canal quickly and getting in the next patient earlier than scheduled. Concern for the patient appeared to be aggravating to her.

Dr. Sorvino is a true master...... I want to recommend her to everyone! I've had countless consultations and 2 root canals with her and she has always made sure I was 100% knowledgable about my concerns before leaving her office. Needless to say her root canals are 100% painless and every dentist that x-rays me after tells me what a great looking root canal I have. And Laura, her receptionist is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great doctor and great staff = win, win!!

I needed an emergency root canal on a Friday before a holiday weekend and Dr. Sorvino was amazing. She was one of the few doctors who were open during COVID-19 and she was already putting the recommended protocols in place. She explained in great detail everything that I needed done and the entire procedure was painless. I never want another root canal but if i do, I will definitely choose Dr. Sorvino.

My experience with Dr.. Sorvino-Maccia was wonderful. Not only did she explain everything as to what was going to be done in detail (and with pictures drawn I may add), she was also understanding and compassionate regarding any fears I may have had. I also was so impressed with the relationship and respect she has toward her employees and her employees to her. Another plus is that she gives you her direct cell phone number and her expertise in the Endodontic field is amazing.

Thorough, super informative, kind, and genuine. I've had 3 root canals with her over the past 7-8 years. My general dentist only recommends her, and I can see why. I used to be a nervous patient, and she has helped me to be calm about the whole thing. The office is clean, ultra modern, with all the latest technology including a CT machine (she needed to do a 3D image on me to look for an extra canal). Staff is so helpful and really nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
