She did not speak to the patient or parent the entire time except to yank the patient by the mouth to turn their head and to say that the assistant will speak with us about our child’s teeth. Next visit she was equally non communicative and rough. We love the entire staff but have yet to have any conversation with the dentist. Our child is in quite a bit of pain after a simple filling. We have very much liked every other dentist any of us have been to. Nightmarish experience. We will never return!
