Dr. Rosa Joy, DDS

Hey folks, just a heads up if you're considering Monarch Dental in Murphy, TX - my experience there was a complete nightmare. Dr. Rosa Joy put in four crowns for me, all of which ended up failing and causing me major problems. Not only were these crowns hard on the eyes, but they led to some serious infections too. I had to hustle to another dentist to sort it all out. When I raised my concerns, their director of operations, Yolanda Myers, pretty much brushed me off, claiming their "x-rays were good at the time they put the crowns." Honestly, the whole experience felt like a big scam, so much so that I've filed an official complaint. Based on my experience, I'd strongly advise steering clear of Dr. Rosa Joy and Monarch Dental in Murphy. Be careful when choosing your dentist, y'all! And to Monarch Dental or anyone from their office thinking of replying to this with a standard "please get in touch with our office directly" – don't. I've already gone through the whole chain of command
