I can sum up my experience in one word. Terrible! I have never had a more awful experience.at a dentist. I went for a cleaning, x-rays and exam. I was told I had a small cavity on the back of one of my front teeth. I was never shown the x-ray or shown it in my mouth. Returned to the office for a filling and I was literally back in my car leaving in 15 minutes! And that included paying my bill. Dr. Ronny barely let my gum get numb before he jabbed the needle in my gum. It felt like it was going in my nose and it hurt for 3 days. He did some grinding in my mouth and never explained anything that he was doing. He had me grind my teeth together and asked me how it felt. I told him it felt numb. That was it and they removed the bib and I was on my way. Once the numbness wore off, my tooth felt very sharp. It felt like he removed half the thickness of the tooth in the lower half of it. Now it is achy and throbbing. I cannot even bite into anything somewhat solid without it hurting and it is super sensitive to cold. I have never had a dentist do work on my teeth and not show me where there was a problem and then not show me after the work was done. This dentist did not show me anything except my bills to pay! Needless to say, I won't ever be going back and will discourage others from making the same mistake that I did by trusting him in the first place!

I was back in my car leaving in 15 minutes. My nose hurt from the shot for 3 days. It feels like he removed half of the thickness of my tooth and left a sharp point at the end. Never showed me the work. Now that tooth is sensitive to cold liquids. Needless to say, I won't ever be going back there.
