Dr. Snyder's office is pleasant and clean. His staff is cheerful and well trained. He is very nice. He is easy to work with. He offers choices of treatments. I liked the way he explains procedures. The results were amazing and took less time than I expected.

Dr, Snyder is a wonderful orthodontist, it's unfortunate he has hired the staff he has.
Scheduling appts is so inconvienent, impossible to get an appt changed within a reasonable time frame. The office clearly has too many patients overall or the staff is incapable of scheduling..
I deeply regret starting our second child here.

Witnessed unsanitary conditions at this orthodontist office. An instrument soiled with bodily fluids was placed directly onto a counter rather than what health code requires which is a labeled bin or tray. Developed contagious infection two days after my appointment. When I contacted the company regarding sanitation they ignored my message and never got back to me. At the very least they did not care to address my concerns about their disease control protocols

Top-notch orthodontist! We did 3 sets of braces in our family, 2 kids and 1 adult. Excellent results and are very satisfied with the care we received and continue to receive. Great chair-side manner always and will answer all questions, explain the process at each appointment. Great staff, too!
