Dr. Schwald is great and knowledgeable. I only gave 3 stars because of his receptionists Linda and Kris. They are the most rude receptionists I have ever experienced. Not sure why they can work there for so long. They wouldn't even listen to you on calls and always sound impatient. Their tone is like "just do what I told you". I would try to avoid dealing with these two people at all cost.

Made an account just to review this terrible orthodontist practice. The scheduling is absolutely terrible, the receptionist is just unpleasant. Blatantly lied about timing of when my son's braces would be removed, and did work that seemed unnecessary, with no explanation. Would not recommend at all.
