Dr. Ronald Ryan, DMD

In spite of appreciating Dr. Ryan and his hygienist(s), we can no longer continue visiting this practice. The office staff is horribly managed. Appointments are difficult to get and keep. We've had multiple appts cancelled. One was cancelled with no notice AFTER we'd arrived. Even GETTING appointments has been a challenge. Once, we booked an appt conflicting with an annual luncheon because they said there was nothing open the month before or 3 months after. Day before, they cancel - we miss out on our event and appt. So THEY ask us to reschedule the following week - the very timeframe they wouldn't let us book originally. Billing is no better. Had $400 billed to my account for no reason. Literally. The office didn't know what it for either, saying they would 'take care of it.' The bill kept coming... 30 days, 60 days, etc. Each time they say 'we'll take care of it.' Until... Collections. Only then was it 'taken care of.' Ultimately NBD, but illustrates their incompetence.
