Dr. Ronald Moon, DDS

I have cried when entering a dental office since I was a kid in Chicago. When Dr. Moon was my dentist in Houston, he made me feel comfortable and took his time. Thanks a BUNCH!

I use to work for Dr. Moon here in Houston, Texas. He owes so many people money. He has been brought before the Texas State Board. Please look up his information. Do not trust this man.

Very dishonest. Lied about the need for 10+ fillings. I'm so glad I got a second opinion elsewhere.

I found Dr. Moon to be pleasant, thorough, and straightforward. Just what I would have expected.

Had a tooth extracted was very nervous but they helped make me comfortable

He told me I needed a crown asap or I would be needing a root canal. My past dentists were watching the tooth, I am asymptomatic. I got another opinion and this dentist agreed with my previous dentists to watch and wait.

He performed a root canal on me which became infected and abscessed. I returned 3 times to have the problem diagnosed and resolved with no success. I when to a reputable dentist who diagnosed the problem immediately and referred me to a endodontic specialist. Dr. Moon had screwed up the root canal (missed one of the roots) which then abscessed and caused a gum infection. The endodontist fixed the root canal and removed the infected tissue (2 separate procedures) which cost me over $4000 our of my own pocket. In my oppinion this guy is a quack!!!

Dr. Moon is an excellent dentist. He has so much experience in all areas of dentistry. His work is exceedingly professional, careful and competant. He is also an amazing diagnostician. I have been having broken teeth, crowns falling out and excessive grinding for decades. All other dentists have done was grind down my teeth trying to improve my bite. It did nothing to help and it shortened my teeth, which is not good. Dr. Moon is the 1st dentist to advise me to get Invisalign as a solution. I wish someone had recommended that earlier. Dr. Moon is also a very friendly, nice person. He treats his Dental Assistants and staff with respect, and kindness. The whole staff at Family Dental of Fitchburg are wonderful. If you call with an emergency, they get you in as soon as possible. Also, they try to save you money any way they can, and work with patients to create payment plans to suit their budgets. I am so happy we found this Dental office when we moved to Madison . Merle Sternberg

I saw Dr. Moon when he was practicing in Arizona and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Dr. Moon convinced me my fillings needed to replaced as they "were going to blow at any minute". I agreed to having them replaced. After removing my fillings he had his hygienists clean my teeth while the cavity was still open, he then repaired the filling. Soon after the area abscessed and I needed an emergency root canal and then a cyst formed in the area. Find another dentist.
