I'd like to express my dissatisfaction; I received a call on Monday confirming my 1:30 pm appointment today. Arriving around 1:20 pm, Lisa, possibly the doctor's wife, claimed I had no appointment without checking. I skipped the office Christmas party for this, but faced a last-minute cancellation. When I objected, she yelled about me owing money without evidence and even called the police during our argument, now awaiting their arrival. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had.Numerous grievances regarding their management, attitude, and billing problems surfaced in various reviews. Surprisingly, this person, Lisa, seems to be a common thread in all the one-star reviews due to her unacceptable behavior. Sadly, I'm not the first nor will I be the last, as there have been instances where she called the police to remove a patient seeking an explanation. A truly nightmarish experience!
