Dr Bohannan and his whole staff are professional, personable and very engaging. Communication is great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone.

After years of my family going to Bohannan, we left. His office manager lacks leadership and people skills. I wrote a letter to inform the dentist, but sadly he chose to not respond. Over the years, most of his office staff has not been stellar, but this interaction has left a lasting impression. There are too many great dentists around to settle for this practice.

Dr. nice, procedure went well. Had insurance with delta dental,however at the time of payment was overcharged $178.50 on my credit card. At that time I asked Jill if that included insurance payment. She stated that included insurance payment and $100.00 deductible. After speaking to DELTA ,they stated I should only paid $56.00 and I had already paid deductible. Jill charged $234.50 to my credit card and with credit card in hand refused to credit my account.
