He is a smooth talker said all the wright thing you want to here that was on a Friday He wanted me back in on the following Friday to do surgery the more and more I thought about it I decided not to do surgery I called him on Monday following that Friday less then 12 hours from when we made the appointment to cancel. He has not return all of my money to my card as of today It has been all most a year The last time I was in his office he gave me a credit I thought He was going to credit it back to my card but he has not as of today

I have been considering implants for the longest time,then in last couple months i started to research Dentists that do implants and the type of implants available. After checking about 10 different dentists in my area and doing a phone callwith a implant consultant (yes they have them), we came up with Dr Rodion Pimkhasov at Naples Dental & Wellness Center in Naples, Fl. So i agreed to make a appointment for a consultation with the Dentist. When i got there when it was my time instead of a nurse coming to get me the Doctor came into the waiting room himself to greet me and take me to 3D xray machine to get a picture of my mouth. I was very impressed with the newest technology he was using that i could see walking to this machine. Then we went into his office where he and his office manager spent almost a hour with meexplaining every thing they could do for me and what the process would be which turns out to be very impor

I would like to start off by saying I am a doctor and this dentist had no knowledge at all (Sit Back and Read Please): I called to schedule a consultation with Dr. Pinhasov and he himself answered the phone; after it ran a couple of times, yes!! I asked acouple of questions and asked if I could schedule a consultation and his answer was 'Let's Do It Now, ' purplexed we proceeded. I actually intensively researched and narrowed my physicians to 3. After all my questions were answered (without being rushed EVER off the phone, the consultation was the best I have ever had in my life! Dr. R was so kind, knowledge preceeding any of my expectations, and just forthright in nature. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him if I had any other questions (which I did) he answered and gave me everything I needed. Mind made up immediately to include a treatment plan via email by the Staff Coordinator (Janette) which was her day off was even better. I could go on..
