Dr. Robert Stephenson, DDS

I was there for a routine teeth cleaning & X-rays. I noticed the hygienist wasn't wearing an N95 or face shield, just a somewhat flimsy-looking paper mask. When she put the bite wings into my mouth her face was just inches away from mine & I could feel her breath on my face! I asked her if she was vaccinated against COVID & she said NO! Afterward, I asked the front desk person to have Dr Stephenson call me. He phoned next day & when I shared my safety concerns he said he was aware the hygienist was unvaxxed but that there was nothing he could do about it. When I suggested that he put her on leave, he said he wouldn't do that because she was the only hygienist. When I suggested that he notify patients beforehand that not all employees are vaxxed, he told me that would run afoul of privacy laws. When I asked why the hygienist wasn't wearing an N95, he said he lets employees choose a mask they feel is most comfortable. I find his blatant disregard for patient safety shocking & disturbing!

Nothing but the greatest care. Dr Bob is very gentle and very thorough. We trust him completely with our care. His staff is excellent and you can tell they like working in that office. We have been with him from the beginning of his practice. Also very pleased that he keeps current on all things new. I am diabetic so I Wouldn't even think of going elsewhere.

Great! Haven't been to the dentist in 8 years out of fear but everyone was wonderful. Dr Stephenson is gentle and all the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. My whole family has been referred to him.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Stephenson was so gentle and kind. I now have all of my family see him. He is awesome and painless too!
