Dr. Robert Nelson, DDS

Dr. Nelson was so nice. I told him I was so scared and he told me not to be. Talk about so many different things to keep my mind off of what was going on. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is very rude and won't return phone calls. They don't follow up with patients. Somehow it's always someone else's fault if the office cant get it right. I really think this is just a hobby for the doctor. I can't see any other reason for putting up with his staff. It seems like everything is always a referral and they can't get a referral right. I was told it's not their fault the can't return calls and then said they still had 87 messages to return. 87? Really? Don't go here. Apparently they are just too busy and patients are an inconvenience.

I had a filling done and it was the worst pain I have ever experienced. After it was done (after nitrous gas) I was asked if I could close my mouth…. I said I think. I left there in extreme pain. After the pain subsided and the gas wore off( Nelson says I’m MENTAL as he tapped his finger on my forehead multiple time) I noticed the filling was too high and my sharp pain in my tooth now. 3 days I called no answer left a VM no return call. Try again today they get me right in bc at this time I’m upset I can’t chew my food and I’m still having pain. His AWFUL STAFF greeted me with rudeness bc I didn’t want to have gas again or deal with any pain. This awful lady came in questioning me and when I answered TRUTHFULLY she told me I was was wrong and they don’t have to test the filling with the paper! I rolled my eyes she yelled at me that she didn’t have to deal with that! As she stood over me with the papers to send me somewhere else! I will be looking into corrective action!
