After having 4 out of 5 appointments cancelled by their office between September and December I finally took my 3 year old daughter to have her teeth filled on 12/19. At the previous exam there was no problem with me being in the room with my daughter. I was told to wait in the waiting room this time, and when I said I was uncomfortable with that Dr. Matthews refused to do any work. They then billed for the work that was NEVER PERFORMED. We've found a new dentist.
