Dr. Robert Johnson, DDS

Oh my gosh - Dr. Johnson is so gentle, patient and considerate. Not only with me but the way he treats his staff is exceptional. Although the process of having 9 extractions, 2 implants, upper denture and a new partial isn't a fun one, it couldn't have went any better than with the service Dr. Johnson and his staff gave me - even during Covid!!! I am extremely grateful to him and his office staff and his assistants. I would recommend him and his team to anyone who needs dental work. Thank you Dr. Johnson!

Couldn't ask for a better group of DDS people then this. An explanation of every detail and procedure, gentle dentistry, well informed and friendly staff help, clean and sterile environment, and very reasonable cost. COVID19 has put a cramp in all businesses, but they are doing their best to keep the scheduling and time in the patients best interest. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Johnson is a caring detail oriented dentist in the Spokane area. His assistants are very well trained and very professional in the field. Johnson is gentle with patients and explains every bit of the procedure in terms that a patient can understand. He does what is best for the patient and are only comfortable with, but in addition to also being very concerned with the patients future dental health in mind. I trust Dr. Johnson's decisions explicitly and recommend him fully. The offices prices are by far the best in the area and in cases that a patient might not have sufficient funds available at the time, they will do everything in their power to work with you to achieve your needs. COVID 19 has put all medical type practices into an unfamiliar area of their fields, please remember this as we all have to deal with unfamiliar issues that we have not dealt with in the past. Scheduling for services in all fields can be delayed and should be expected.

I recently completed my care with Dr. Johnson. I had my bridges replaced after about 20 yrs. My care went well and I appreciate Dr. Johnson attention to detail. My smile looks and feels great again.

This guy is GREAT. Good all around. Golden agers, family, kids, whatever. I sincerely believe he honestly tries to give good dental work at a very reasonable price . No frills, no chills, just the - you know - good 'ole town dentist. Stands behinds his work. His staff are complete LOVIES, also. Fit me in with (Ohhhh) an abscess tooth that had infected my jaw bone, when it otherwise would have been a terrible weekend.

Very poor dentist to patient communication skills. Needs some consciousness raising regarding current issues in health care. Acted more like the father of a 3 yr. old than a dentist, Did not like how pushy his expanded duties dental asst. was. She was doing a lot of dentist-like duties while Dr. Johnson was not in the office, none of this was explained to me neither was it made clear on my bill as to whether certain of HER diagnostic services were billed at HER RATE or DR JOHNSON'S RATE
