Bought an annual plan but then many of the services were NOT covered so I wound up paying twice! (first, for the plan, and then for the non-covered services)

The dentists and and hygienists are fabulous, but the office staff and billing people are borderline incompetent. For one procedure I was charged more than $200 over the estimate they had given me because I was told that the insurance paid less than they estimated, when insurance hadn’t paid anything and then My responsibility turned out to be $250 less than the estimate that they told me I had to pay.Had to make multiple phone calls to get my money back. Also had to reschedule a few appointments at their request, and errors made on their part rescheduling appointments.
