Questionable integrity. I made an appointment 8 weeks ago specifically with this dentist. At the day of my appointment, I was then seen by one of his colleagues. The office made no attempt to tell me that I would be seeing anyone else, and they did not apologize. They tried to make me feel like I was wrong, and even silly. The dentist who was assigned to me said that she would have him 'stop by to say hi'. They don't know what 'customer' means, and their integrity is questionable.

Dr. Derr is friendly, professional and has an amazing memory (or really good notes) on his customers and their specific dental situation. The office is incredibly organized and clean. All of the staff are friendly and professional.
