Dr. Robert Depalma Sr, DDS

On my first call, Brenda was terrific, and got me in to see the Dr quickly. Dr. DePalma took one X-Ray, shared the picture and explained to me what the issue is with the tooth and what the best treatment plan was. He educated me more than my former Dentist did. He is very knowledgeable.

I agree with the other reviews regarding Brenda, front desk manager. Very professional, personable and thorough, answering all of my questions relevant to the procedure. With Dr Depalma’s many years of experience and knowledge the procedure went well. No long waiting and very punctual. Thank you.

In my first review, I spoke very positively about my appointment with Dr. DePalma . It was very difficult to access my three root canals, given the extreme calcification of my tooth. Please refer to that first 5 star rating.However I must also give another five-plus stars to Brenda the office manager, as the first rating did not give me that opportunity. She has a wonderful personality. Besides her efficiency with appointments and paperwork, she is very knowledgeable as to dental procedures and instructions, both pre and post appointment. She makes patients feel special and “part of the family”. She is warm and friendly and makes new patients immediately comfortable. There is an “angelic aura” about her. Dr DePalma is extremely knowledgeable, competent , compassionate and kind. He and Brenda , his office manager did everything in their power to get me the help I needed. They both went above and beyond. I would recommend Dr DePalma to anyone in need of endodontic treatment. Brenda is one of a kind. Although my tooth was calcified and couldn’t be saved, they got me in the right hands and followed through until I got my tooth taken care of. I highly recommend this team. I needed very difficult dental surgery with my age (81) being an issue. Dr. DePalma made "difficult" "simple". He is a master endodontist! I highly recommend him. Brenda, the Office Mgr., is a ray of sunshine. She is very helpful and efficient with a delightful personality!

Great dental visits start with a great office manager. When I spoke to Brenda and gave her my story of the need for an urgent root canal, she promptly made an appointment. Outstanding treatment Dr. Depalma and Brenda make a great team. I made my first call on a Friday evening and left a voicemail which Brenda returned SUNDAY morning. She got me in right away to be checked out. The tooth I went in for wasn’t salvageable so we opted not to do a root canal. I asked about another tooth with extreme sensitivity where we found a serious bone infection. I went back a week later for surgery and everything went smoothly. I’m very appreciative of them both.

I would not visit this doctor again. Seems like he is quite careless about others.

Dr. Depalma had a hard time getting to the bottom of the canal but after a hard time success!

I was not able to get numb and Dr. DePalma was able to get me numb......granted it was on the second try but he got it done and the rest was a piece of cake ??

I have never written a review about anyone on the internet, but after my recent procedure with Dr DePalma and Brenda Romano, I felt compelled to share my experience. I had two root canals and two cysts removed from my two front teeth. I was very anxious about the procedure, but both Dr DePalma and Brenda got me thru the the procedure with the most caring & professional manner I could have imagined. Great caring people, taking excellent care of their patients . Highly recommended!

Dr. DePalma is one of the most honest, caring and highly skilled endodontists you'll ever go to, and his assistant Brenda Romano is amazing.

An old school dentist with honesty and integrity who knows his stuff. He took an x-ray of my tooth and determined that it could not be saved by having a root canal procedure and sent me back to my primary care dentist for extraction.
