Dr. Robert Daly, DDS

While getting a routine filling done in a rear molar, Dr. Daly used a bite block on me to open my mouth wider. My mouth is not very large. He was still having issues so attempted to put a larger bite block in. It would not fit, as my mouth was too small. He forced it in, which sent a shooting pain through my entire face. I told him to take it out but he very non-chalantly insisted I leave it in and let him finish or leave without it finished. Since that day a few years ago, my jaw has clicked and ached every time I move it.

I went to Dr Daly’s dental practice because of the reviews I saw. The office is nice; the staff are nice, but Dr Daly is rude and I’ll never use him again. He could be a good dentist, I wouldn’t know bc I’m not going to pay anyone to be rude and condescending to me.

I went to Dr. Daly because of the wonderful reviews on here, but had a terrible experience!! 1, He over-diagnosed problems that just aren't there. 2, He hallowed out nearly every tooth (I have not had issues with those teeth!) and recreated them. 3. One of his "fillings" left a sharp edge on a tooth. 4. They offered nitrous gas; when I asked why someone would decline it, he said "no reason I can think of." After the procedure, they added $200 to my bill for it. Would have been nice to know

I have had all positive experiences with Dr. Daly and his staff, and they care exceptionally well for everyone in my family. Thank you for being such professionals.

Quality care and personal. Doctor is very concerned with the right way to do treatment. Love the hygienists.

This office is money driven and does not provide good customer care. Dr Daly's staff and management need better training as they told me there would not be additional fee for an X-ray since I came in with my X-rays from my dentist, however they wanted to take their own to make sure. I received a $60 bill that I would not have had if I went elsewhere. I refused X-ray at first but I trusted they were honest and this proves otherwise. I spoke to the office manager who made no attempt to correct.

The waugh Chapel dental group is awesome. They explain everything and are very honest in their treatment. Been a patient for a long time and they treat all my family members. If there are any finacial issues they are willing to work with you and your insurance company.

They are too focused on "selling" additional services. Also, they are not knowledgeable and/or accurate about giving financial estimates for treatment plans. They pushed me about wanting payment and an appointment based on their estimates for myself and 2 children immediately before their services were even rendered!! I was firm about waiting and took the estimates home and called our insurance company. We would pay 50% less on 3 and 80% on 1! I don't want the hassle of getting money back!

charged for follow-up visits for improper fitting of crown. charged $120 for missed appointment due to emergency business meeting (can I charge for waiting in their office?) my crown is still sensitive. no thorough explanation of expenses or coverage
