Dr. Richard Weiss, DMD

The doctors are unprofessional and make poor recommendations. The receptionist does not return calls for appointments gives incorrect referrals and has no idea what she is doing.

Responsiveness and flexibility cuts both ways. Remember we have choices out there. You lost a whole family of long term customers (10+ years) and I will not be referring anyone to you, going forward. Should have done this a few years back when my family asked me to do it. Have been a patient for several years and have been subjected to rude behavior by your front office staff, several times now. The day before I had called for a dental emergency for my son who had severe pain and blisters as the result of a recent tooth extraction. We got a response a whole day later, and I was asked to bring him in at 45 minutes notice along with my appointment for the morning. I tried my best to pull him out of school and ended up being 10 minutes late. The receptionist almost enjoyed informing me that I had missed my appointment and this would need to be rescheduled. Not good!

Dr.Maher is a bad dentist, he ruined 2 of my teeth. Do not come to this office

Dr. Weiss is a nice person, her receptionist is the bad apple of the office. I'll never come back again, not because of him, but because of her. She likes to put people down, and she gets upset if you ask her a question. Jackie is time to retire. People don't go to the dentist to feel chastised, and get humiliated. It's time for you to retire, or go to school an learn some Human Relations Courses. Because of you, Dr. Weiss is going to be out of business. Maybe you need GOD in your LIFE!!!

I still don't understand how the old nasty rude witch receptionist still working there?. She doesn't respect people at all. She doesn't have a bed manner with patients, instead she is worry about how much money you got in your pocket than the pain you got in your mouth. She is far away from been a professional staff. It is time to fire her, and hire somebody more approachable. I went back after 10 years, and the office still the same, no coffee station, no water, no TV. same obsolete equipment.

The receptionist is rude. They need to fire her. I don't appreciate being spoken to like I am in elementary school. Actually, my meanest teacher was nicer.

I have been seeing dr Weiss for over ten years now, great office! The staff is so nice, the receptionist was sweet and very accommodating with my work schedule. I have recommended so may patients there and they are all very happy with this office as am I!

Receptionist very rude does not know how talk to people would not recommend.

Dr. Weiss is great but his reception is extremely rude. She talks down to you and makes you feel bad for rescheduling or asking too many questions. Switched because of her not him.

Dr. Weiss and Dr. Maher are extremely professional dentists. We have been going to him for over 15 years and have always had positive experiences.

I would highly recommend Dr. Weiss. I found he was both knowledgeable and compassionate as well as his staff.
