I can't say enough great things about my experience at Loiselle Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease with their warm, friendly, and professional attitude. The office has a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.The procedure I had done was flawless. Dr. Loiselle took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, and the results speak for themselves, I couldn’t be happier!What really stands out is the consistent, high-quality care I've received, not just during this visit but every time I come in. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines exceptional skill with such a personal touch. I highly recommend Loiselle Family Dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a team that truly makes you feel like family.

I went in with pain that would not allow me to open my mouth more than a fraction of an inch. I let the staff know. They let Dr Louiselle know. When I tried to open my mouth for the examination I winced in pain. Dr. Louiselle then scolded me, called me hysterical, told me I behaved like a child and dismissed me without an exam. He has condescending, unprofessional and incredibly insensitive.

This place has the worst staff I have ever encountered.....bad customer service all around (especially the old lady Linda!). Their scheduling is unorganized and are clueless when it comes to billing. Come prepared with cash or check only and must pay upfront or you will not be welcomed. Down right poor customer service to say the least. BEWARE!!!
