He is absolutely awful and so unprofessional!!! I had to go to another dentist to get a root canal because he messed my tooth up.

I have had bad experience with Dr. Heard's staff. It could have been easily fixed, but was ignored. His staff is so unorganized, rude and ignorant. I was told I did not have insurance even tho I had taken proof and even called my blue cross blue shield rep while in their office. They said ok, next visit same thing over and over again (insurance never changed), but I was told twice I would have to leave due to them not being able to file insurance work correctly. Such a hassle and waste of time.
